Past work/Highlights of the past work experience relevant to the current role

Manager – Education and Training at TVS Motor company, Was the section head and subject matter expert in Behavioural Competency Development for the organization (from Jan 2102 to April 2013)

Senior member – Professional Skills development at Infosys Limited from December 2007 to November 2011. In this role I was primarily responsible for freshers behavioural training and junior management learning programs. I also undertook a study on workplace skill transfer along with my other team members. Facilitated leadership development program for the deputy directors of Sericulture department of Karnataka and also did a few programs for IRS cadets and Chartered Accountants Society of Karnataka. Besides delivering learning interventions was in-charge of finishing school operations graduating over 15,000 trainees a year.

Program Manager – Training & Employee relations, from Jan 2004 to November 2007. Training operations, client servicing, Employee engagement, and tutoring biology, chemistry & English were some of the responsibilities that were handled.

Special programs anchored/conducted/designed

  • Large scale Supervisory development program for TVS motor company limited. Established a strong correlation between business metrics and training outcomes.
  • Team building interventions for the paint shop team in Mysore plant of TVS motors, that reduced the scrap levels by 10%
  • Evolving non-intrusive learning approaches (organizational learning) by engaging with Srinivasan Services Trust in developing competency frameworks for the organization.
