Past Work Experience

After completing engineering projects at G.K.W. in 1984, Mangesh joined Siemens Ltd. He worked in Manufacturing & Planning before moving into Personnel & Communications. In 1990 he took over as Head of Personnel for Northern Region, Siemens & associated projects. In 1991, Mangesh was deputed to Siemens A.G. to participate in MDP in Germany & UK. In 1992, Mangesh returned to India to head HR for a new JV - Siemens Information Systems. In 1995, he moved to Bangalore to join Texas Instruments as Director, Human Resources. 1998, Mangesh represented TI and won the National Award for Innovative HRD practices. At TI, he provided leadership to HR, MARCOM, Facilities, Security and Admin. Early 2001, Mangesh joined Cisco as Head HR to support all businesses namely R&D, Global Partner Eng., IT, Sales, CA in India and SAARC. In 2004, Mangesh made a fresh beginning to fulfill his life-long

Current Life Position

Recently, Mangesh has retired from active management of his firms. He spends most his time in reading, writing, occasionally facilitating team building programs for management & leadership groups. Mangesh offers coaching sessions in the area of career development & transformation.

Future Aspiration:

Mangesh wishes to turn to writing, based on serious research. He also wants to build a holistic health center for senior citizens.
