Ms Kalyani Kulkarni


Kalyani is a consultant at Pegasus. Her experience is diverse and is spread over eighteen years in field of Textiles and Manufacturing Industry. She has completed her post-graduation in Textiles with Distinction. She held positions like Head Design Dept., Head Operations. She is associated with Pegasus for over 10 years in varied roles. Her analytical skills and problem solving skills are illustrious and she is highly motivated with an ability to work independently or in a team setting.


Being a stout believer of ethics, Kalyani endorses professional commitment, responsibility and an excellent attitude towards people management. Her communicative outlook and leadership skills are par excellence with a high acumen towards adaptability to changing situations. She attended workshops on “Realization of self through art”. An ardent believer of Aurobindo philosophy and her interest in the study of consciousness (flair for spirituality) has stirred her to take up a facilitator’s role. She has attended Human Process Lab conducted by ISABS.


Kalyani has worked closely with NGOs for providing training to differently abled. She has also associated with old age homes & NGO’s engaged in rehabilitation of orphans. She had an opportunity to educate women in slum area and enhancing their self-esteem through Self-Help Group. Kalyani has attended various study camps and seminars based on Aurobindo Philosophy. She has attended multiple study sessions on meditation. An admirer of Contemporary Art and Hindustani Classical Music adds further to her artistic bent of mind. Kalyani likes to compose poems and is in the process of publishing a book on the compilation of her poems.


She designs, develops and delivers programmes for the schools (Youth Leadership Program), colleges, NGOs and corporates. Kalyani enjoys facilitation and consulting. She has delivered programs ranging from C2C, Issue based Team Building, First Time Managers and Shared Vision.
