Pegasus offers in company MDPs by adapting its expertise of designing and delivering Smart Track Executive Education Program (STEEP). The robust 3x3x3 STEEP Architecture encompassing 3 domains, 3 phases and 3 learning spaces is the foundation on which Pegasus MDPs are built.

Pegaus MDPs facilitate 3-phased progress for the participants: from their levels of inadequacy to efficacy and to finally arrive at a state of proficiency. This calibrated progress is enabled across three domains, namely, the personal, professional/managerial and business domains.

Pegaus MDPs calibrate the participants in the beginning, mid-course and at the end of the program. Each such calibration is used as a reference to fine tune the design and deivery of the following phase of the MDP. Calibration also focuses on providing a detailed feed forward to individual participants for the development of personal effectiveness, professional efficacy and managerial effectiveness.

In company MDPs also leverage Pegasus expertise in the areas of co-creation, customization, action research, action learning, learning immersion, team and building towards enhancing the team efficacy and organizational effectiveness of the company.

Based on client requirements, customized in company MDPs also infuses Pegasus expertise in the area of positive approaches to individual and organizational development. Pegasus' signature OD approach, Appreciative Experiential Learning (AEL) is dovetailed into the MDP Architecture on a need basis.
